7. What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Reschedules are free up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations and same-day changes incur a $50 non-refundable fee.
8. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We offer a quality guarantee. If you report concerns within 24 hours, we’ll review the checklist and may offer a complimentary revisit depending on the case.
